Shipping to Canada and the USA
Shipments can be made using Canada Post or FedEx. Prices will vary depending on size and weight of package and region being shipped to and ship times. You will choose your shipping options at checkout.
International Shipments
International shipments are made via Canada Post. Prices will vary depending on size and weight of package and region being shipped to and ship times. You will choose your shipping options at checkout.
Duties
Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Status
You will receive two e-mails from us once you place your order and provide a valid e-mail address.
  • Confirmation that we have received your order within 24 hours.
  • Confirmation that your order has shipped and you have been charged via Paypal.
Change in Order Status: there may be times when an item you have ordered is out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you. You will not be charged for that item.
Returns and Exchanges
Chromag will happily accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
